Common questions

  • Sessions run 60–90 minutes, depending on your audience and how much discussion time you want.

  • Larger groups can be split into two sessions to keep them interactive. Contact us to discuss your group size.

  • Please ask about our recording policy when you submit your inquiry — we're happy to discuss what works for your academy.

  • Yes. If you share your facility's religious practice policy or specific concerns, we'll tailor examples and discussion to your setting.

  • Yes. Each attendee who completes the session receives a certificate of completion.

  • You receive a proposal first. After the session, we send a Net 30 invoice to the agency.

  • Practical accommodations, including sweat lodges, smudging, sacred items, and related requests, and how to handle them respectfully, lawfully, and safely in a secure facility.
